Client Services Representative

We are currently seeking Client Services Representatives to answer phone calls from Clients and Patients, as well as, respond to patient account related correspondence.


  • High School diploma required, Associates Degree or some college level coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of two years current experience within a clinical laboratory environment, preferably a call center for a diagnostic laboratory.
  • Minimum of two years current experience communicating with physicians, patients, payers and other healthcare professionals to intake and relay concise information.
  • Working knowledge of ICD9/CPT coding is helpful.
  • Proficient in use of computers and keyboarding with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately within time constraints.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate rapidly changing needs of a growing organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must possess exceptional oral and written communication and listening skills, as well as, the ability to problem solve and share complex, sensitive information with callers and internal personnel in an expedient and professional manner.
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast paced call center environment.
  • Ability to multi-task frequently
